    Jason Lyles is Cooper’s father and a founding member of The Cooper Lyles Foundation. As president, he is committed to honoring his son’s life and keeping Cooper’s memory alive by giving back through the foundation and other charitable efforts. Inspired by Cooper’s leadership, dedication, and unwavering commitment to his teammates, friends, and family, Jason helps carry forward the spirit that touched so many. That spirit continues to guide the foundation’s mission and the movement to always “Play Like Coop.”

  • Aundrea Lyles, Vice President

    Aundrea Lyles is Cooper’s mother and one of the founding members of The Cooper Lyles Foundation. Aundrea’s heartfelt mission is to keep her son’s memory alive through service and community outreach. A compassionate nurse by profession, Aundrea has devoted her life to caring for others—both in her career and at home as a dedicated mother and proud “Naunnie.” Guided by love, and resilience, she channels her passion into uplifting families, supporting her community, and turning personal loss into lasting purpose, creating a meaningful impact in the lives of others.

  • Andrea Lyles, Treasurer & Secretary

    Andrea Lyles is a founding member of The Cooper Lyles Foundation. As Cooper’s stepmother, her connection to the foundation is deeply personal, rooted in love, loss, and a commitment to honoring his life in a meaningful way. Andrea is driven by a desire to ensure that Cooper’s legacy lives on through acts of generosity, community support, and opportunities for young people to thrive. Her heart is behind every initiative, and she is especially passionate about supporting youth, and carrying forward the message to “Play Like Coop”—a reminder to live fully, love deeply, and give back whenever possible.

  • Patrick Goodall, Director

    Patrick Goodall is a devoted husband and proud father of two young daughters, as well as a longtime neighbor and trusted friend of the Lyles family. As a founding member of the Cooper Lyles Foundation Board, Patrick played a pivotal role in helping the organization secure its 501(c)(3) nonprofit status, laying the groundwork for its mission to grow and thrive. Deeply committed to honoring Cooper’s legacy, Pat is truly honored to serve alongside the Lyles family and remains passionate about supporting the foundation’s efforts to make a meaningful impact in the community.

  • Amy Law, Director

    Amy Law is the proud mother of two sons, Jared and Luke, who grew up playing sports alongside Ethan and Cooper Lyles. On the field, Luke and Cooper developed a special friendship and shared a passion for the game of lacrosse. During his senior season, Luke chose to honor his friend by wearing Cooper’s #56 jersey — a symbol of their friendship, their shared leadership, and the lasting impact Cooper had on his teammates and community.

    Amy has dedicated countless hours to supporting youth athletics in the community and served as the St. Augustine Lacrosse Booster President for three years.

    Today, Amy is honored to serve on the Cooper Lyles Foundation. She remains deeply committed to supporting the Lyles family and continuing Cooper’s legacy by helping create opportunities for young athletes and strengthening the community that meant so much to him.

  • Tammy Morabito, Director

    Tammy Morabito has been a dedicated Health Insurance Agent with The Bailey Group for 16 years, providing guidance with expertise, integrity, and a personal touch. Passionate about volunteering, she believes in giving back as a central part of her life. A woman of faith, Tammy places her family at the heart of everything she does, cherishing time with loved ones and supporting them unwaveringly.

    Tammy has known the Lyles family since their children were little. Her son, Frankie, played PAL tackle football with Ethan and recreational lacrosse with both Ethan and Cooper, even competing against each other on rival high school teams. Out of her love for the Lyles family and to honor Coop’s memory, Tammy joined the Cooper Lyles Foundation board, ensuring his spirit is never forgotten. Known for her straightforward approach, she doesn’t sugarcoat and always has your back. 

  • Molli Ray, Director

    Molli, originally from Long Island, NY, moved to Saint Augustine in 2007 and has proudly called it home ever since. A devoted mother to her 21-year-old son, family is at the heart of everything she does. When her son met Coop, the two quickly became instant friends, forming a bond and creating memories that will last a lifetime. Inspired by their friendship, and the impact Coop had on those around him, including herself, Molli is passionate about supporting the foundation that honors his story. She is excited to see today’s youth shape their futures with the help of this foundation, ensuring Coop’s legacy continues to inspire generations to come.
